Our Barre Belle Signature class is an excellent full body workout that incorporates light weight/resistance equipment to build strength. This class is suitable for beginners and intermediates, and is the ideal starting point due to its varied aerobic training. The class format centers on interval training, which involves alternating periods of maximal effort with periods of aerobic recovery using barre-based strength sequences.
Our Barre Belle Signature Burn class is a beginner-intermediate level workout that combines strength and cardio exercises to target the entire body. The class begins with strength exercises that burn through the body's glycogen reserves, followed by 3-4 cardio bursts at a moderate intensity level of 55-75% of maximum heart rate, allowing the body to tap into fat cells for fuel and increase cardiovascular endurance. Guaranteed to make you sweat!
Our signature Barre X – Advanced Barre class is designed for clients ready to take their barre practice to the next level. Expect longer strength series, more intricate choreography, and layered combinations that challenge both your body and mind. Rooted in classic barre technique, this class weaves in athletic movement patterns, creative sequencing, and bursts of cardio intervals to keep your heart rate lifted and your energy high. Perfect for those who love a challenge and want to deepen their practice, Barre X will leave you feeling strong, accomplished, and inspired.
We recommend that beginners take 2-3 classes before trying Advanced Barre.
Our Signature Ass & Abs, and NEW Arms, Ass & Abs (AAA) classes are strength focused and designed to target various muscle groups with compound and alternating exercises. This class will build muscle strength and endurance with a very minimal amount of cardio.

Belles, bring your babes to this 50 minute postnatal workout! This class allows you to get a great workout while bonding with your babe and other moms. Class will be designed for babes to be worn in a carrier, but they can also lay on the mat. We strive to offer a very safe and accepting environment for new mamas - babies will cry, need feeds and changes, and we’re good with all of it!
Approachable for all levels of postpartum (and all stages of core rehab)
Low music volume
Small class size
5-6 week series with the same group
Baby carrier is required for class.
*We suggest min 6 weeks postpartum and having doctor clearance to workout. This class is designed for babes 1-12 months.
